"The subject evaluated in this technical research report is the proposal and realization of the methodology aiming at the complex strength and fatigue evaluation of a turbocharger. Particularly, the charger wheel, turbine wheel and turbocharger casing were analyzed. The major parts of the solution, which are described in detail, can be summarized in the following list: 1) Preparing, or modifying the geometrical models of individual parts of the turbocharger. 2) Creating the FEA-models and describing the related parameters. 3) Methods of evaluating the individual parts including the description of realized FEA-simulations and analyzing the obtained results.
