The temperature time series were measured by meteorological stations which were deployed in the southern part of the Czech Republic. The data analysis was performed in both time and frequency domains. The focus of the work was to investigate the non-stationary stochastic temperature processes and to identify the structure and parameters of the dynamic model which describes the properties of this ecosystem.
