"The machining efficiency and cutting power is dependent on the dynamical properties of the tool-tool holder-spindle system (SHT system). Unfortunately the user of a machine tool cannot affect the dynamics of the spindle, but he can choose suitable tooling system. So the user can tune dynamical properties of the whole SHT system because the tooling system has significant influence to the machining efficiency. The case study with comparison of many tooling systems is presented. The influence of different tools and tool holders to the cutting power is compared.
