The mathematical model is based on Favre averaged Navier-Stokes equations and modified two-equation TNT k-omega model of turbulence. This system is discretized by the finite volume method. The HLLC Riemann solver numerical flux with the piecewise linear reconstruction is used for spatial discretization of inviscid flux. Viscous fluxes are approximated by central differencing. Semi-discrete finite volume method is then solved by the explicit multistage Runge-Kutta method. Stability issues of explicit method are also discussed. The numerical method is validated by comparison to theoretical results for the flow around the flat plate. Finally, the method is used for the solution of the flow around the RAE2822 airfoil and the flow in SE1050 turbine cascade."@en . "1"^^ .
