T\u00EDmto postupem je zejm\u00E9na mo\u017En\u00E9 dos\u00E1hnout vysokou tvrdost, n\u00EDzkou tepelnou vodivost a vysokou ot\u011Bruvzdornost. Plasmov\u00E1 nitridace, povlakov\u00E1n\u00ED PVD a duplexn\u00ED povlakov\u00E1n\u00ED byly aplikov\u00E1ny na PM ocel Vanadis 30 a ledeburitickou ocel Vanadis 6. Mikrostruktura povrchov\u00FDch oblast\u00ED, hloubka vrstev, tvrdost, ohybov\u00E1 pevnost a dal\u0161\u00ED vlastnosti byly studov\u00E1ny. By such a way, it is mainly possible to achieve a high hardness, low thermal conductivity and high wear resistance of processed material. Plasma nitriding, PVD - layering as well as the duplex coating techniques were applied on the P/M Vanadis 30 -type high speed steel and Cr-V Vanadis 6 ledeburitic steel, respectively. The microstructure of surface regions, the hardness increase, the nitriding case depth, three point bending strength and other important characteristics were investigated. We found out that the manufacture quality of the specimens processed via the techniques above was improved up to 130 %.
