"Quality of the cold recycled mix is usually currently proved by achievement of the defined value of the indirect tensile strength. In some countries the value of the Stiffness modulus is investigated as well. However the way of the specimen compaction and the curing conditions vary among different countries considerably. These factors affect the properties of the mix significantly, and therefore one of the most important objectives of the international project CoRePaSol (supporter of this paper) is the finding of the optimal specimen curing procedure, that could be subsequently implemented in all EU countries. This paper summarizes the essential findings regarding the influence of temperature and moisture applied during the specimen curing on the final properties of the mixture. The investigated curing methods were set according to the specific methodologies used in some real selected countries. The indirect tensile strength and stiffness modulus values were measured on mixes containing either the asphalt binder itself (bitumen emulsion or foamed bitumen) or the combination of bitumen and hydraulic binder (bitumen emulsion + cement or foamed bitumen + cement). All the tests were performed twice, using the RAP 0/22 and 0/11."@en .
