Tato beze\u0161v\u00E1 ortofoto mapa slou\u017E\u00ED jako jeden z kl\u00ED\u010Dov\u00FDch zdroj\u016F informac\u00ED pro pravidelnou aktualizaci Z\u00E1kladn\u00ED b\u00E1ze geografick\u00FDch dat \u010Cesk\u00E9 republiky (ZABAGED). Dlouhodobou snahou \u010C\u00DAZK je vyhov\u011Bt po\u017Eadavk\u016Fm dne\u0161n\u00EDch u\u017Eivatel\u016F prostorov\u00FDch dat a nab\u00EDdnout jim velmi kvalitn\u00ED data (tzn. p\u0159esn\u00E1, konzistentn\u00ED a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00EDm aktu\u00E1ln\u00ED). Bohu\u017Eel, leteck\u00E9 sn\u00EDmky a z nich odvozen\u00FD mapov\u00FD produkt jsou vyu\u017E\u00EDv\u00E1ny pouze v podob\u011B podkladov\u00FDch GIS vrstev p\u0159i manu\u00E1ln\u00ED aktualizaci ZABAGED. Manu\u00E1ln\u00ED zpracov\u00E1n\u00ED dat je v\u0161ak extr\u00E9mn\u011B \u010Dasov\u011B n\u00E1ro\u010Dn\u00E9 a je nemo\u017En\u00E9 ho opakovat se stejn\u00FDmi v\u00FDsledky d\u00EDky lidsk\u00E9mu faktoru. "The Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (further only COSMC) is a state institution that acquires every two years digital aerial images (DAI) from the whole territory of the Czech Republic for the purposes of making a seamless orthophoto mosaic. This seamless orthophoto map is used as one of the key sources of information for regular updates of the Fundamental Base of Geographic Data of the Czech Republic (ZABAGED). COSMC's long-term effort is to satisfy demands of today's users of spatial data and offer them high quality data (ie. accurate, consistent and especially current). Unfortunately, aerial photographs and derived map products are used only in the form of underlying layers during manual updates of ZABAGED. Manual interpretation of data is in fact extremely time consuming and it is impossible to repeat it with the same result due to the human factor. It is necessary to use a sophisticated solution for the future that will solve the task automatically or at least semi-automatically. DAI have enormous information potential which has not yet been fully exploited. DAI include position, elevation and also spectral information (visible and near-infrared) about the captured area. Until now, this unique source of information was used only partially, in completely separate procedures and by different institutions. The aim of this paper is to present possibilities of automatic analysis DAI for updating of ZABAGED with focus on buildings. Update of buildings (automatic detection of new and demolished buildings) will be based on the analysis of digital surface models created by automatic image matching technique from each time period and a simple spectral evaluation."@en .
