"Non-traditional loads of underground structures, such as sudden changes of temperature due to fires can destroy the structure and therefore it is very important to select appropriate materials for implementation. This study deals with the distribution of temperature inside the concrete slab (test cube) and describes the various mechanical properties of fibre and concrete for possible use in practice. The load caused by sudden changes of temperature leads to a superheated vapour formed in the pores and consequently to subsequent damage to the surface and thereby reduces the bearing capacity of the material."@en . . .
