"Stability Evaluation of the Prackovice Tunnel Portal" . "The Prackovice tunnel is located on the D8 highway section between towns Lovosice and \u0158ehlovice. The tunnel has two unidirectional tubes 270 m and 260 m long, each tube has two lanes. The tunnel was constructed in geology with basaltic bodies together with thick tuff layers and occurrences of marlstone. From the petrological point of view, a relatively wide range of rock types was represented. The major part of the slopes at portal areas was covered with debris, the character of the debris was mostly rocky and locally even bouldery with loamy-sandy filling material. The rock mass is significantly disturbed by previous chamber blasting. In 2005 a pilot adit was realised. The tunnel excavation started from Prague's portal in 2008 and was completed in 2009. The tunnel excavation was executed without any significant problems. In December 2008 higher movement of Prague's portal was recorded which was stabilised by concrete block with inclined micropiles. The paper is focused on back analysis of the Prague's portal, the modelling was realised using the finite element method (FEM), the results of modelling are compared to the results of realised monitoring. Adopted additional support measures of the portal are discussed as well."@en . . . "[40AAE06786F1]" . . "2012-09-18+02:00"^^ . .
