The first there are analyzed facts about prices of residential property by authorized expert and property appraiser, each conclusions are resulted from long-term profession. Next there are analyzed factual bid and realized prices of residential property. Bid prices are inquired into the first from long-term time period in each regions and centers of regions (IV. Q. 2007 - 2. Q. 2012). Then there is analyzed more in detail the second quarter 2012 according to interval of floor areas in regions. Then there are followed comparing of bid and realized prices of residential property. After there are characterized effects of banking system on residential property, where there are describe situation from year 2004 to these days.
