"Methodology of proposal preparation for public tendering in construction contracts"@en . "The thesis is oriented on problematic topics of a proposal preparation in the public tendering in construction contracts. The main issues are choosing appropriate strategy, both a client, and a contractor, evaluation and comparison of potential delivery systems and an effect of standard contracts in the contracting. Other chapters of this work are partnering, private public partnership, or using method of Building Information Modeling. The thesis also concentrates on the legislative, reviewing the Law of the public contracts and its problematic parts, and also a relationship between current czech law and intrenational standard contracts used in the Czech Republic. Last, but not least one part of the thesis is an evaluation of a process of the proposal preparing in the public tendering for a construction company and a final evaluation of the bid by the weighted criteria method."@en . .
