"Workshop W2-2010" . . "Nowadays, various assessment tools for newly built constructions exist. In July 2010, Czech variation of assessment method SBTool was finished for new residential buildings. The Czech version is called SBToolCZ. It is very delicate task to setup criteria for reconstructions because of a diversity of reconstructed buildings. Refurbished buildings have also a different historical and cultural value. There are many limitations that should be taken into account during designing a reconstruction and these limits cannot be surpassed. These facts require special approach that is different from setting up the criteria for newly build buildings. And solution is proposed in dividing reconstructions into several groups according to their historical value. Weights of criteria and benchmarks would be designed separately for each group. Starting point is to find reconstructions built in BAT (best available technology) standard, setup the tool for them and then test it within each group."@en . .
