V \u010CR byly shled\u00E1ny v sou\u010Dasn\u00E9 metodice stanoven\u00ED tohoto koeficientu podstatn\u00E9 nesrovnalosti, a proto bylo p\u0159istoupeno k optimalizaci vyj\u00E1d\u0159en\u00ED strukturn\u00EDho \u010D\u00EDsla, a to jak pro novostavbu pozemn\u00ED komunikace, tak i pro st\u00E1vaj\u00EDc\u00ED vozovky a jejich rekonstrukce. "For comparison of pavement costs over their lifecycle computer models may be used which are very sensitive to the high-quality entry of the entry parameters. One of them is so-called Structural Number (SN) the determination of which fi nds broad using particularly in the evaluation and appraisal of projects by the HDM-4 methodology. In the Czech Republic there were in the determination of this coeffi cient in the current methodology fundamental discrepancies found and therefore it came to an optimisation of the Structural Number expression, and that for a new construction of roads as well as for the existing pavements and their reconstructions. The calibration of the SN determination of a pavement in the CR was run with help of the original VYNAPA software, where there were pavement structures most commonly used at this territory modelled and the result of which was fi nding usable methodology of SN determination in the conditions of the Czech Republic."@en .
