"This paper is considering the influence of the vertical seismic acceleration on the loaded capability of columns. The latter are the elements of the first level/storey of the frame building or other type of the bearing construction system. Computing model of the element is presented as a rod fully-fixed in the base, the upper end of which is fully-fixed relative to rotational displacement and free relative to lateral displacement. In the planof the building dimensions are limited i.e. incommensurable with teh length of the seismic wave. Accordingly all bearing parametric effect. Vertical seismic load is presented as a random proces. Choosing teh computing model of this proces we were guided by two conditions: required accuracy of the real load reflection and using the connection between intensities of the Markov proces and stochastic differential equations of the system undeer consideration, which is written in relation to introduced phase variables. In order to consider these conditions stationary random proces is presented as a model of the white noise. The base is the reaction of any inertial system to wide-band random proces, as a white noise type proces. In oreder to solve this task we use Lyapunov's Second Method, modified for system classified with continuous Markov proces. As a result we received conditions of appoint asymptotic stability in mean-square."@en . . . . "Esadze, S." . "I" . "RIV/68378297:_____/14:00437669" . "6"^^ . "Istanbul" . . "Istanbul" .
