"Since the first experimental demonstration of seeded OFI XUV laser at LOA in 2004, new results on the characterization of the XUV source have recently been obtained. Indeed, through the spatial filtering of harmonics in the amplifier medium, amplified harmonic at 32.8 nm shows a Gaussian profile with a divergence of 0.67 mrad. The variation of the wave front was measured with wavefront sensor giving value of 17 rms. It demonstrates that this laser is limited only by diffraction.
