To se stalo motivac\u00ED pro uspo\u0159\u00E1d\u00E1n\u00ED konference Od urychlova\u010D\u016F ke kosmick\u00E9mu z\u00E1\u0159en\u00ED, konan\u00E9 v Praze 7. \u2013 13. z\u00E1\u0159\u00ED 2005. Konference se z\u00FA\u010Dastnilo 68 fyzik\u016F zastupuj\u00EDc\u00EDch rovnom\u011Brn\u011B oba obory. That was the motivation for the conference, From Colliders to Cosmic Rays, held in Prague, 7 - 13 September 2005. It attracted a very balanced participation from both fields, of 68 physicists. Judging from the reactions of participants expressed during the general discussion at the end of the conference, the program and presented topics fulfilled or even surpassed their expectations. One can only look forward to future meetings when the results from LHC, H.E.S.S., IceCube, Pierre Auger Observatory and other new experiments will be available." . .
