"The paper dealsith a theoretical study of a free-molecular gas flow in a nanoscale capillary with account for different schemes of molecule-surface scattering and surface diffusion of adsorbed molecules. it is shown that in the diffuse-specular scheme of the scattering of molecules the gas flux passing through the cappilary cross section can be characterized by a minimum in view of surface diffusion. The problem of the radiation-induced drift of molecules in cappilaries is discussed. The influence of adsorbable foreign gases on phase transitions in nanoscale cappilaries is considered."@en . .
