"Methods of multicriteria decision making are currently very popular in the decision making strategies in the real estate market. It is necessary to take into account more than one decision criterion when we are deciding the satisfying localization. The world is diverse with multidimensional character of the complexity of socio-economic systems. The article deals with the use of multicriteria decision making in the real estate engineering, It deals with the issue of selection criteria, weighting selected criteria, evaluation and final grouping. The individual criteria in the real estate market represent geographic, economic, environmental, demographic and social aspects that need to analyze each other. Real estate engineering in itself represent a need for useful spatial analysis with emphasis on the surrounding and urban infrastructure for the purpose of housing, employment and other sites of human activity. This article describes the issue of decision making methods by considering spatial strategies of real estate market. As decision making process in the application part will be perceived location of suitable sites for new buildings. In the analytical solutions are applied methods of decision making strategies: Boolean logic, method of Weighted Linear Combination (WLC), method of Ordered Weighted Average (OWA), the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and combination of methods AHP and OWA.
