Most companies make up their web pages from their perspective as sellers. Such websites have only that information which companies want to provide their clients with. Companies try to convince clients to buy their products by such way. But it is necessary for customer to have a detailed knowledge of any offer. The customer can get a large amount of similar offers, but he will consider only those that appeal to him in some right way. Customer will be interested only in such offer that will have easy, but detailed description of the service, price and allow him easily orienting in this offer. While investigating the four star hotels in Prague both extremes have been noticed by the author of this research - web presentations of hotel conference facilities with maximum information value and websites without even mention of the conference rooms and related services, though such information is placed on the website of the government agency CCB or in the Czech Convention Catalogue (2013). This publication provides readers with the results of investigating websites of Prague conference hotels. The methodology used in this publication can help hotel managers to analyze web presentation of their hotel conference facilities and to improve the quality of its content for getting better informative value for the customer. Such methodology can be simply used in the case of all websites focused on providing services. This publication contains also a research of conference room parameters based on the rules of auditoriologie. From this research responsible hotel personnel can find out what parameters of conference room for organizing high quality conferences are really important.
