"The paper is focused on parental styles in nowadays families and their assumed impact on the development of solving moral dilemmas and on attitudes towards citizenship. The three areas are looked into in the wider context and from the point of view of their mutual influence. Three questionnaires have been used. The paper deals with relations within the frame of family-morality-citizenship, and it provides views of adolescents according to their sex, age, family status or residence. The respondents are in the age of early adolescence. The results demonstrate that the respondents would like to improve the area of traditional roles and norms and the area of tolerance towards others and towards using the constitutional rights. The respondents mostly disagree with authoritative behaviour of fathers. Children from divorced families have significantly worse experience with keeping promises than others."@en . .
