"The invented process for producing ZSM-5 zeolite with controlled crystal size within a range of from about 100 to about 200 nm is characterized in that first a precursor is prepared by a precipitation reaction of sodium silicate solution with a solution of aluminium sulfate and sulfuric acid to obtain a precipitate. Subsequently the precipitate is filtered off and rinsed from the reaction suspension. So prepared precursor is then used in the preparation of a reaction mixture. Distilled water, sodium hydroxide, ZSM-5 zeolite crystal seeds and further ethanol, ammonium solution and tetrapropylammonium bromide is added to the precursor. Then, so obtained reaction mixture is heated within an autoclave to a temperature within the range of about 150 to 170 degC for a period of 24 to 48 hours.; A preferable preparation process of the ZSM-5 zeolite with controlled crystal size within a range of from about 100 to about 200 nm is further characterized in that heating of the reaction mixture within the autoclave is interrupted after 24 to 36 hours, tetrapropylammonium bromide is added to the reaction mixture and the reaction mixture is again heated up within the autoclave to the temperature within the range of about 150 to 170 degC for the period of additional 8 to 12 hours."@en .
