For the evaluated compounds was experimentally checked purity (adsorption thin-layer chromatography), determinated their melting points, solubility in the spectrum of dissolvents, surface activities, spectral data (UV/VIS spectrophotometry), acidobasic (pKa) and lipohydrophilic features (RM readouts from the reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography, retention factors k' from RP-HPLC, partition coefficients).
