"The aim of this study was to use the discriminant analysis of honey by Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy method (FT-NIRs). In total, 11 analysed honey samples came directly from bee-keepers from the Czech Republic. The samples were stored at different conditions: at laboratory temperature (21 +- 3 \u00B0C) on light and in darkness and at refrigerated temperature (3 +- 1 \u00B0C). The spectra of samples were measured on the integration sphere in reflectance mode with the use of transflectance cell in the spectral range of 10 000 - 4000 cm-1 with 100 scans. Ten principal components were used for all the calibration models. High variability was described between the spectra of honey stored two years consecutively and between different storage conditions."@en . "5"^^ . "54983" .
