Product groups and requirements for the raw materials and finished products have been specified in detail by national legislation of the member states. In Central Europe, so very sophisticated system has been introduced by Austria. Austrian meat products have been classified into 3 basic quality groups, each of them includes specific products, recipe of the raw material and physicochemical requirements for finished products. The German system is not as detailed, but also formulates the requirements for meat and meat products better than the current Czech food law."@en .
