"During the immunohistochemistry examination we solve a problem, that searched antigen, in our case soya protein, is masked by foodstuff matrix and the antibody can not bind on it and that make the immunohistochemistry detection more difficult. To retrieve the soya antigen in meat products we used non-enzymatic methods. Tissues were incubated in seven unmasking dilutions by using microwave heat. It has been showed, that different pH, chemical composition and molarity of unmasking dilutions have an impact on the antigen retrieval.
