This variability is determined not only by species of animal producing milk, but also by breed. The aim of this study was to determine the whey proteins with allergenic potential in cow's and sheep's milk. Whey proteins were determined in samples of 40 cows and 40 sheep milk collected from different regions of the Czech Republic. RP-HPLC for determination was used. Cow's milk samples were collected from milk bars of the South Moravia and South Czech Region and sheep's milk samples were collected from the farm of the Zl\u00EDn Region in period from April to June 2010.
