"According to the fact that coffee belongs to one of the commodity leaders on the world market, differences in the microscopic structure of the two best-seller coffee kinds have been studied in this work in order to use these findings for the field of coffee adulteration detection. The aim of this work was to distinguish between coffee type arabica and coffee type rosbusta. Ten coffee samples have been assessed altogether with the help of microscopis analysis and the evaluation has been aimed at the detection of the differences in the seed coat and endosperm features in both coffee types. For the microscopic analysis the preparations of the whole coffee beans and the preparations of the seed coats have been prepared and subsequently they have been dyed and examined in a light microscope. Differences between these two coffee types have been discovered, namely in their different seed coat cell structure. Our results are in accordance with quoted literature sources."@en . . .
