But on the other side, fat is a basic and essential nutrient in the human diet. The fat quality and its health effect are greatly influenced by its fatty acid (FA) composition. The aim of this work was the evaluation of total fat content, the representation of 37 individual fatty acids and their group (SFA, MUFA, PUFA) and subgroup (\u03C93 a trans-FA) in 20 types of selected milk products and milk.
