"The aim of our study was to verify the microscopic structure of broken tea in the domestic market as the main part tea bag. The examiner's analysis found that in all cases, samples of teas is a heterogeneous mixture composed of two different products. The first one is composed of larger particles of crushed leaves of Camellia sinensis and the second of dust particles that have been identified as well as much smaller particles of crushed leaves. For particle size measurements were used two methods. As the field measurement method optics scale in light microscopy and image analysis of digitized images of particles of tea. According to the results it was found that the two methods, the difference was only in labor intensity. So between the reference sample was found a significant difference in particle size. The likely difference in the chemical composition of these teas."@en . .
