"The species of arsenic in fish muscle were determined by the method high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The fish muscle was extracted by different solvents: ultrapure deionized water, mixtures water: methanol (1:1), (1:5), (1:10) and phosphate buffer K2HPO4/KH2PO4 pH 6,1. In order to determine the arsenobetain it was necessary to include in the system photooxidation (UV cell) with the output from chromatographic column and add oxidation reagent with concentration of 1% K2S2O8 in 1% NaOH. The above mentioned method enabled to determine arsenobetain, the highest quantity of the arsenobetain was obtained at the majority of samples by extraction with ultrapure deionized water."@en . . .
