Significant differences (p{0,05) were identified between gel-free volume, sperm concentration and total sperm count when ejaculates were collected up to 90 min. Semen collection in intervals 90 - 120 min and 120 - 180 min causes a decrease of sperm concentration and total sperm count, but there is no effect on other parameters. Collection after 180 min has no effect on monitored parameters. In all intervals the motility after freezing and thawing was the same or higher in second ejaculates." . . .
