"The aim of this study was determine viability dynamics of avian influenza virus H5N1 in naturally infected tissues of turkey storage for some monts in -18 \u00BAC. We chosen breast and heart muscle and liver from naturally infected turkey to this work. This tissues were acquired in the course of eradication of avian influenza H5N1 outbreak in breed of turkey in the Czech Republic. Monitoring of influenza virus H5N1 survival in studied samples was practise by cultivation of 10% tissue suspense in 10-1-10-5 dilution at the MDCK cells. In the heart muscle the results showed gradual decrease of viral titre from 102,6-103,8 TCID50 to zero value in 6th month of storage. Similar results we have obtain in liver tissue too.
