"The goal of the project was to work out and to practically test a nursery cultivation technology based on the rational use of waste organical material. At the same time, the project was used in the frame of the pedagogical work (students\u00B4classwork at thefaculty of Horticulture, MUAF, Brno). The research project was done on the fields of MUAF in Lednice. Altogether 64 isolated cultivation beds were set up on the trial field. Each of them had a minimum volume of 4,8m3. Twelve treatments were produced from different components (bark, wood chips, chippings, sand, fertilizer, control substrate, hydroabsorbents). Eleven of theses treatments were done in cultivation beds, the last one in containers. Observed species of trees were: Malus, Alnus, Thuja, Buxus, Salix, Picea, Pinus and Fraxinus. Special electronical sensors HOBO and VIRRIB were used for the monitoring of abiotic factors, such as temperature and humidity. This allowed to work out the data by computer."@en . . . "2"^^ .
