"Lud\u00EDn, David" . "In 2014 calorimeter tests were conducted at the grape pomace obtained during the processing of grapes from 10 grape varieties. Calorific value was determined alternatively in original condition of grape pomace and in grape pomace without seeds. In overall terms, the calorific value ranged from 16,09 to 17,31 MJ.kg-1. The highest calorific values were found in the grape pomace of the varieties Blue Portugal, Rhein Riesling and Welschriesling. From a practical point of view, the main problem of grape pomace is high water content, which does not yet allow the full potential of this material."@en .
