Savilon originated from breeding work in the Czech Republic. The aim this work was evaluation of qualitative parameters of grapes and comparing with control variety Riesling. In all qualitative parameters was evaluated Savilon better than the control variety. Savilon reached the following values of qualitative parameters: sugar content (21.37 \u00B0 NM), titratable acid (7,76 g/l), the content of tartaric acid (6,20 g/l), malic acid content (3,63 g/l), pH value (3,27).
