"The main goal of the work was derivation of new description of wood behaviour according to the most important physical phenomena (stress/strain, moisture, temperature) with strong emphasis on influence of lower scales of wood structure. For this aim the probabilistic finite element model was constructed. Finite element method is able to describe the complex shape of the structure for appropriate boundary conditions. Probabilistic way of model (of wood structure) construction is unique way (no prior research works exist) which allows to include variability of morphological properties of structural elements into the model across the inner scales of wood structure. Concurrently, the global response of such material can be observed. Purpose of the work is simplification of description of wood behaviour from general anisotropy material model into isotropic structure with simple evaluation of material properties and %22optional%22 level of accuracy which is determined by user defined request of amount of inc"@en .
