"The concentration of heavy metals in the bodies of invertebrates is dependent on their physiological equipment and prevalent environmental factors. To verify the effect of some of these factors on the content of metals (Pb, Cd, Zn, Cu, Mn) we analysed and then tested (using RDA, t-test) ten species of field ground beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae). A significant effect of Cu and Cd was discovered in terms of the sex; the males accumulated more Cu (27.520 mg.kg-1) than females (18.297 mg.kg-1) (P<0.01), which, on the contrary, accumulated more Cd (1.495 mg.kg-1) than males (0.663 mg.kg-1) (P<0.02). V\u00FDznamn\u00FD vliv pohlav\u00ED byl zji\u0161t\u011Bn u Cu a Cd, kdy\u017E samci kumulovali v\u00EDce Cu (p<0.01) a naopak samice v\u00EDce Cd (p<0.02). U v\u0161ech kov\u016F byl pozorov\u00E1n signifikantn\u00ED vliv druhov\u00E9 p\u0159\u00EDslu\u0161nosti (p<0.02), jednozna\u010Dn\u011B vyjad\u0159uj\u00EDc\u00ED druhov\u011B specifick\u00E9 modely akumulace. Vliv potravn\u00ED ekologie byl patrn\u00FD pouze u esenci\u00E1ln\u00EDch prvk\u016F, kdy byl u karnivor\u016F zji\u0161t\u011Bn jejich v\u00FDznamn\u011B (p<0.03) vy\u0161\u0161\u00ED obsah. P\u0159esto\u017Ee byly stanoveny rozd\u00EDly (p< 0.01) v koncentraci Zn, Cu mezi jarn\u00EDmi a podzimn\u00EDmi druhy, vliv typu rozmno\u017Eov\u00E1n\u00ED je pova\u017Eov\u00E1n za \u010D\u00E1ste\u010Dn\u00FD. Sou\u010Dasn\u011B byl zaznamen\u00E1n vliv doby odb\u011Bru u Zn a Mn (p<0.02). Rovn\u011B\u017E byla stanovena v\u00FDznamn\u00E1 pozitivn\u00ED korelace mezi Cu-Zn, Mn-Zn a Mn-Cu."@cs .
