"The Dzunbayn granitic masive is the largest (cca 400 km2) of near Ulaan Baatar granitic masives group in the Khentei synklinore. The masiv with typical main granitic and pegmatitit minerals is hosting Sn, W, Ta, Nb, mineralization associated to miaroles in pegmatites what is similar to other near Ulaan Baatar granitic massives. Interesing is that there occure also many accesory minerals and not only typical fluorit, topaz and beryl but also cassiterite, wolframite, aeshenite, niobite, titanite, garnet, apatite, zircone, allanite, and many others. Writers examined the miarols during the summer of 2005 while engaged in field work in northern Mongolia. Several miarolitic cavities and pegmatite pockets containing a variety of well crystallized minerals were found. The pocket minerals were attached to the walls of the central opening and projected into it.
