"In the work, solving the problems of the emissions volatile organic compounds emitted from the furniture samples, there was investigated the influence different types of wooden furniture finishing and surfaces, finishing materials on the amount and the composition of the VOC emissions. The influence of the amount and the composition VOC, which evaporated from the testing samples. The Measurement of the emissions from the specimens were tested in the small-space chamber. Collected samples of the emissions were analyzed by the gass chromatographyin conjunction with mass spectrometer and by the gass chromatography thermal with desorption. The prevention effect was discovered during the testing lack materials made from the acrylate. The measurements have shown that the VOC emissions have been depended on the choice of finishing material,the surface material and the products of reaction between the veneered chipboards and the lacquer film.
