"In this thesis we death with the influence of daily temperature and relative humidity on movement activity of dairy cows of Czech Fleckwieh. The observing was taken in chosen breeding in period from 2. 7. 2013 to 21. 9. 2013, where the temperature of environment and relative humidity in stable was measured in regular 15 minute intervals by using HOBO sensors. For determination of movement activity we used average values from pedometers from dairy cows in chosen stable. By average temperature in stable the movement activity was observed in days with low temperature (< 15°C), middle temperature (15.1 - 20°C) and high temperature (> 20.1°C). For determination of relative humidity on movement activity of dairy cows the average movement activity was observed in days with low relative humidity (< 50%), middle (50.1 - 70%) and high relative humidity (> 70.1%). We found out, that the highest movement activity was recorded in days with middle temperature (average 143.42 steps/hour) and the lowest movement activity of dairy cows was recorded in days with high temperature in stable (139.43 steps/hour). This noticeable difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the influence of relative humidity on movement activity we can observe the tendency that with increasing humidity increases also movement activity of dairy cows. The highest movement activity was recorded in days with high relative humidity (142.36 steps/hour), while the lowest movement activity was measured in days with low relative humidity (140.33 steps/hour). In conclusion we can state, that the highest movement activity was reached in those days, when dairy cows didn't have to spend lot of energy on thermoregulation and in days with high relative humidity."@en .
