About 275 species of Aloe genus can be found throughout the world. The most common and used is Aloe barbadensis Miller which is also known as Aloe vera. It has been used for its various healing effect. Three different types of therapeutical aloe agent, made by Dester Company in Italy, were used for 47 days cultivation at two different temperatures (25 °C and 6 °C). These group of microorganisms were monitored on set days -- total counts of microorganisms, lactic acid bacteria, psychrotrophic bacteria, yeast and moulds. Same samples were kept closed and microbiological analysis was done after 47 days of storage. Microbiological analysis has revealed that therapeutical agent made of aloe can be stored at 6 °C for a whole period of 47 days."@en . "1" . "43210" .
