"Monitoring was carried out on an organic farm in Ole\u0161enka during 2012. The experiment involved 10 goats of Brown Short-haired breed. Individual milk samples were collected at regular intervals, six times in the period from April to September. Milk analysis (determination of total solids and total protein) were carried out using standard methods. The content of AA in freeze-dried samples was determined at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Mendel University in Brno by liquid chromatography. Recorded data were statistically analyzed using least-squares method, while the systematic effect was the stage of lactation (6 classes). Statistical analysis carried out using mathematical-statistical package STATISTICA version 9.0. Dairy goat milk represents a valuable source of AA, so the aim of this study was to evaluate the dynamics of their content changes during the lactation period."@en . .
