"Sl\u00E1dkov\u00E1, Pavla" . . . "The aim of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of probiotics cultures in intestinal tract of piglets. Three groups of piglets were fed with and without probiotic (two groups with and one control group without). For this experiment was used 10 healthy piglets in each group. The first group was fed probiotic Enterococcus faecium DSM 7134 and the second group EM-EKO ProBio original with mixture probiotics cultures. All groups were fed identically for first three weeks of rearing. For two experimental groups were given probiotic since 4 weeks. Fecal samples were collected at days: 0 (without consumption), 15 (during consumption) and 30 (end consumption). Fecal samples were collected in sterile sample containers. From this experiment was evident in both experimental groups (P1, P2) consuming probiotics to reduce the total number of potential pathogens species Escherichia coli and genus Clostridium. This effect was more pronounced the experimental group P2, particularly in the case of clostridia. The results of the experiment suggest the positive effect of probiotic consumption in the digestive tract of pigs, thereby to reduce of risk for example diarrheal diseases."@en . "3"^^ . . .
