"4"^^ . "5"^^ . "Anthocyans are plant pigments which belong to the group of flavonoids. They are responsible for different colour caryopsis of common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). We study the genes from early and later biosynthesis pathway, chalcone isomerase (CHI) and dihydroflavonol reductase (DFR) from late biosynthesis pathway. As a material we used ripened caryopsis of springwheatwith different coloration of the aleurone and pericarp layers. RNA from caryopsis was reverse transcribed into cDNA transcription. For designing primers we used sequences cDNA for CHI and DFR obtained from the database NCBI. PCR reactions were amplified segments of sequences for CHI and DFR, which were used for direct sequencing of PCR product. The obtained candidate sequences were compared with sequences in the NCBI database and it was evaluated their polymorphism."@en .
