"Spring barley of the variety Golden Promise has been transformed by the gene phyA of Aspergillus niger. The transgenic offspring T1-T5 generation had increased activity of heterologous enzyme phytase. For hybridization program was selected five transgenic lines of T5 generation that were crossed with feed varieties of barley. The aim of hybridization is brought transgene phyA into the genome of feed varieties of barley, which can't be transformed. The presence of the transgene phyA and selective gene bar has been controlled by the method PCR in the F1 generation of plants. From 141 germinated hybrids have been the transgenes phyA and bar as a selectable marker gene by 107 (75.9%) individuals. To verify the origin of the hybrids F1 generation was used microsatellite marker EBmac0603.
