S\u00EDra byla aplikov\u00E1na foli\u00E1rn\u011B ve form\u011B mikronizovan\u00E9 emelent\u00E1rn\u00ED s\u00EDry s bentonitem v DC 31 a v DC 55. Spolu se s\u00EDrou byl jednotn\u011B aplikov\u00E1n dus\u00EDk ve form\u011B ledku amonn\u00E9ho s v\u00E1pencem. Vliv s\u00EDry na v\u00FDnos zrna se projevil v\u00FDznamn\u011B pouze po aplikaci v DC 55, nejv\u00EDce u odr\u016Fdy Bojos. Obsah dus\u00EDkat\u00FDch l\u00E1tek v zrnu byl statisticky v\u00FDznamn\u011B sn\u00ED\u017Een po aplikaci s\u00EDry. Nab\u00EDz\u00ED se tak mo\u017Enost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ED probl\u00E9mu s dus\u00EDkat\u00FDm hnojen\u00ED je\u010Dmene pro sladovnick\u00E9 vyu\u017Eit\u00ED. Hodnoty procentu\u00E1ln\u00EDho zastoupen\u00ED s\u00EDry v p\u0159edn\u00EDm zrnu byly statisticky nev\u00FDznamn\u00E9. Nedoch\u00E1zelo k p\u0159ekro\u010Den\u00ED stanoven\u00E9ho limitu. Obsah dimethylsulfidu (DMS) a jeho prekurzoru (PDMS) stoup\u00E1 v jednotliv\u00FDch f\u00E1z\u00EDch aplikace s\u00EDry, ale rozd\u00EDly nejsou statisticky v\u00FDznamn\u00E9. Vet\u0161\u00ED obsah byl zaznamen\u00E1m u odr\u016Fd \u010Cesk\u00E9ho piva, kde je d\u00EDky pou\u017E\u00EDvan\u00E9 technologii a typu fin\u00E1ln\u00EDho v\u00FDrobku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ED obsah DMS a PDMS p\u0159\u00EDnosn\u00FD. Exportn\u00ED odr\u016Fdy dosahovaly hodnot ni\u017E\u0161\u00EDch. Ani u jedn\u00E9 odr\u016Fdy nedo\u0161lo ke p\u0159ekro\u010Den\u00ED limitu stanoven\u00FDch pro v\u00FDrobu sladu. "The aim of this work was to assess the influence of foliar application of sulfur on the grain yield and content of nitrogen substances in the grain malting barely, after that content of precursors of dimethylsulfide (PDMS) and dimethylsulfide (DMS) in malt. The observation was realised by form of small plot of the field experiment with six varietes of malting barley. Three varieties of the Czech beer Aksamit, Radegast, Bojos and free varieties for export Jersey, Prestige and Sebastian. Sulfur was applied as a foliar elementary micronized sulfur with bentonite in the DC 31 and DC 57. Nitrogen in the form of ammonium nitrate with limestone was applied together with sulfur. Effect of sulfur on the grain yield did not show significantly. Nitrogen substances content in grain was significantly reduced after application of sulfur. This offers a posibility of solving the problem of nitrogen fertilization of barley for malting purposes. Percentage values of sulfur in the above grain (2,5 mm) statistically insignificant. Sulfur was not accumulated in the grain even the later date applications. Content of dimethylsulfide precursors (PDMS) and dimethylsulfide (DMS) in malt rises in various terms of sulfur applications, but the differences were not statistically significant. Higher content was observed in the varieties for productinon of Czech beer. Higher DMS and PDMS content in these varieties is not a problem, because the type of end product. Export varieties reached lower value. The limiting value of PDMS content in malt (6mg/kg) were not exceeded for any variety.
