"Work is devoted to the potential respiration parameters related to soil organic matter: G/B - the amount of easy degradable organic matter in soil, NG/B - stability of soil organic matter. For both these indicators were compared the difference between topsoil and subsoil and there was a statistically significant difference between the two sampling depths. The ratio of G/B (the amount of easy degradable organic compounds) found that there is a small amount of easy degradable organic matter in the soil. The ratio of NG/B (stability of soil organic matter) can say that most sites have a higher stability of soil organic matter. If the stability of organic matter increased, it has the effect that these substances are becoming inaccessible to microbial decomposition."@en .
