"The aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of parity on the average daily milk yield and on average contents of total solids, fat, protein, casein and lactose in organic sheep milk per all lactation. The study was carried out in years 2008 and 2009 on the organic farm in Vala\u0161sk\u00E1 Byst\u0159ice in 112 ewes, crossbreeds of Lacaune and East Friesian breed. 36 ewes were on the first lactation, 37 on the second, 46 on the third and 56 on the forth and next lactation. The parity of lactation had a highly significant effect on the average daily milk yield and on average contents of total solids, fat, protein and casein.
