Considering, that changes of content fatty acids ,,00%22 rapeseed are so small, from point of view nourishment it on her value nothing changes. Therefore as one from the more important qualitative parameter is oil content which was studied long-term and continue in present diagnosis which serve to restriction risk at cultivation of rapeseed and determine sequence factors which her influence. The main factors is variety, considerable modify by year and area of cultivation. The second important oilseed in our condition is sunflower and at present time is very interesting and requesting type high oleic (over 82%). Fertilize of microelements significant intervene into physiology of whole plant and this has essential positive influence on yield and especially oil content.
