"In our three-year research (2005-2007) field trials were established without chemical treatment following winter wheat at the Mendel University Agricultural and Forestry experimental station in \u017Dab\u010Dice, where three genotypes were grown (KM 1910, Malz, Sebastian) for green biomass sampling in two growing phases (DC29, DC31). Activities of vitamin E and superoxide dismutase (SOD), content of total tocols and tocols isomers (alfa, beta, gama, delta) were analyzed in green biomass. The highest activity of vitamin E (73,06 mg.kg-1 dm) and SOD (486 U.g-1 dm) were identify in Sebastian variety. First sampling (DC29) was significantly better in vitamin E and SOD activities and total content of tocols (except delta-tocopherol) than second sampling (DC31). Significantly lower activity of vitamin E, content of total tocols and isomers, but the higher volume of SOD activity were found to be in 2007 compare to years 2005 and 2006."@en . .
